Important Shipping Update for Our Canadian Customers

Due to the rising costs of international shipping—including VAT, brokerage fees, and carrier surcharges—we are currently suspending shipments to Canada.

We’re actively exploring more cost-effective solutions that work for both our customers and our team. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we’re able to resume service.

We utilize UPS for all of our shipping needs. There is a flat $10 shipping and handling fee. All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days following the transaction. However, order volume, seasonal promotions and weather can cause slight delays. Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders over $150 receive FREE UPS SHIPPING.

Essential Elements Chicago accepts returns for exchange or refund on full-priced items within 10 days of receipt. Please include your invoice. All garments must be unworn and in perfect condition. All original tags must be attached. All footwear must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Items will be refunded to the original form of payment. Special Orders,  Final Call, and  Sale items are not returnable. All special orders require 50% deposit.

*Merchandise discounted up to 19% off may be returned within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund.

*Items purchased at 20% off or more are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Price Adjustments:

  • If the price of an item you purchased is reduced within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment.
  • Only one price adjustment per order will be honored.
  • Subsequent requests for additional adjustments on the same order will be respectfully declined.
  • This is NOT an automatic adjustment, you must contact us to initiate the adjustment. 
  • Price adjustments are issued as WEB ONLY gift cards. 

If you decide to return any merchandise, you are free to mail it via the carrier of your choice or for your convenience Essential Elements Chicago can email you a return label. The cost of shipping will be SUBTRACTED from the merchandise refund total. Send return label requests via email to: info@shopeechicago.com

Please include: First and Last name and order number

A prepaid, USPS label will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Weekend requests will be processed the next business day.

Once shipped, Essential Elements Chicago IS NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. It would be best to follow up with UPS directly. 

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx DHL) , Essential Elements Chicago is no longer responsible for the package, including but not limited to:

  • Delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect or misdelivered shipments by the carrier

Delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to assist with any tracking information or documentation required to support your claim.

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
