Shipping & Return Policy

We utilize UPS & USPS for all of our shipping needs. There is a flat $10 shipping and handling fee. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days following the transaction. Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders over $199 receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this current time.

Essential Elements Chicago accepts returns for exchange or refund on full priced items within 14 days of receipt. Please include your invoice. All garments must be unworn and in perfect condition. All original tags must be attached. All footwear must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Items will be refunded in the original form of payment. Special Orders and Final Sale items are not returnable. All special orders require 50% deposit.

*Merchandise discounted up to 39% off may be returned within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund.

*Items purchased at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

In the event you decide to return any merchandise you are free to mail it via the carrier of your choice or for your convenience; Essential Elements Chicago can email you a return label. Send return label request via email to:
